个人简介
吴建峰,在材料生长、微纳加工制备和光电测试方面积累了丰富的经验,研究方向包括(1)二维材料的光电性能/器件研究、(2)低维功能材料的原子尺度生长机理研究、精准制备与表征。目前已在国际知名学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,包括Nature Communications,Advanced Materials, Physical Review Applied, 2D Materials,Applied Physics Letters, Scientific Reports等。
